Reprocess and Send
Open the transaction you want to send again and choose the reprocess option under More Options. What happens next depends on the connection the document was sent from:Weclapp and Xentral connections: “Use latest ERP data”

Procuros retrieves the most recent version of the document from your ERP, processes it again, and delivers it to the recipient.Use this when the document has changed in your ERP and you want the latest version to be sent.
All other connections: “Reprocess and send”
All other connections: “Reprocess and send”
For every other connection (for example API, SFTP, AS2, another ERP, or a document uploaded manually in the portal), Procuros processes the document it already received and delivers it to the recipient again.No new data is retrieved from your system. The document is reprocessed using the information from when it was originally received.
When Reprocessing Isn’t Available
The option isn’t shown
The reprocess option only appears to the sender of a document. If you are not the sender, you won’t see it at all, because only the sender can reprocess and send a document again.The option is grayed out
When you are the sender, the option may still be grayed out with the message “Current status doesn’t allow this action.” This can happen when:- A newer version of the document already exists because it was replaced or revised.
- The document was sent together with other documents in a single batch and can’t be reprocessed on its own.
- The original document data is no longer available to reprocess.
- The transaction is a test transaction.
