A single Procuros account can have access to multiple companies. You can switch between them from inside the portal without signing out.

Why use a multi-partner workspace?

Multi-partner workspaces are for people whose work spans more than one company on Procuros. Common cases:
  • Agents and sales representatives working on behalf of several brands. A fashion agent, for example, might receive orders for three different brands they represent — each brand has its own Procuros account, with its own company data, so each one is a separate workspace.
  • Multi-brand groups, where a single person needs to review and process documents across the different companies in the group.
  • Shared service teams (operations, finance, customer support) that handle trading documents for several Procuros customers from one place.
In each case, you sign in once with your email and switch between the companies you have access to — without juggling separate accounts.

When you get multi-partner access

Your account is automatically linked to additional workspaces in either of these cases:
  • A colleague invites you using the email you already use for Procuros. Anyone in another company on Procuros can invite you as a team member, and your account is linked to that workspace automatically.
  • Procuros support sets it up for you. If you need access to another company’s workspace and an invite isn’t an option, contact support and we’ll link your account manually.

Switching between companies

The active workspace is shown by the company logo in the portal. To switch:
1

Open the workspace switcher

Click the company logo in the sidebar to open the list of workspaces you have access to.
2

Pick the workspace

Select the company you want to switch to. The portal reloads into that workspace, and the logo updates to reflect your selection.

What’s shared across workspaces

Some settings follow you into every workspace; others belong to the company you’re working in. Shared across all workspaces:
  • Your name and email
  • Language preference
  • Password and login method
  • Notification preferences
Specific to each workspace: Changing your language or notification preferences in one workspace applies everywhere, but each workspace’s company data, team, and transactions stay separate.

Inviting someone who already uses Procuros

When a team member invites a colleague using an email that’s already attached to another Procuros workspace, that colleague is automatically given access to your workspace too. They don’t need to create a new account, and there’s no extra setup — the next time they sign in, your workspace appears in their switcher.
