Getting Started
Learn about the core functions of Procuros. This guide walks you through the key areas of the platform and explains how to get started.
Procuros is your central platform for digital collaboration with your trading partners. As a network, Procuros connects buyers and suppliers, enabling the automated exchange of business documents such as orders, order confirmations, and invoices.
Signing in to Procuros
You can access Procuros via portal.procuros.io. No password is required—magic links sent to your email provide seamless login when new orders arrive or when a trading partner invites you to Procuros.
However, passwords are available as an alternative login method. When you first log in via a magic link, a password is automatically assigned, which you can change or reset anytime in the portal. On the login page, you can either enter your password or request a new magic link.
Navigation and Key Features
The sidebar serves as the central navigation tool for the platform. Here, you will find all essential functions arranged from top to bottom:
Dashboard
The dashboard is your homepage in Procuros and consists of two main areas:
- Overview Section (left): Displays key metrics such as your transaction volume and the number of active trading partners.
- Inbox (right): Acts as a central hub for your daily workflow, providing quick access to:
- Open orders
- Pending shipping notices
- Invoices that need processing
- Important notifications
Transactions
Under “Transactions,” you will find a complete overview of all your business activities. The view can be filtered by various criteria, such as:
- Document type (orders, invoices, etc.)
- Status (open, in progress, completed)
- Time period
- Trading partner
Price Catalogs
If Price Catalogs are not enabled in your account, you will see Price Lists instead. Price Lists allows users to include their prices, which can then be automatically applied when generating invoices in the portal.
Connections and Network
Managing your business relationships is done through two closely related sections:
- My Connections: Overview and management of your existing trading partners.
- Procuros Network: Search for and request new connections with potential trading partners.
System Integration and Support
At the bottom of the navigation menu, you will find:
- Integrations: Management and request of system integrations.
- Settings: Configuration of your Procuros account.
- Help & Customer Support: Direct access to the Help Center and support.
You can log out of the platform via the user profile in the bottom right. You can always regain access through a valid link in your Procuros emails.
