Procuros offers several AI Agents that take manual work off your plate and keep your data clean across document exchange. Think of them as extra teammates: one reads the PDFs landing in your inbox, another translates documents into the format your ERP expects, and others cross-check incoming documents and enrich them using data from previous transactions. Together, they let documents flow from your trade partners straight into your systems with far less manual effort on your side.

Document Understanding Agent

When a trade partner emails you a document, an AI Agent can read the PDF and extract the data automatically — no copy-pasting into your ERP. The agent classifies each document, matches it to the right sender, and passes the data on to your system.
Document Understanding is a paid feature. Each document the agent processes uses credits from your account.

Data Enrichment

Not every incoming document is complete. A supplier might send an invoice without the article numbers your ERP needs, or a purchase order that’s missing a reference your system relies on. Instead of bouncing the document back, an AI Agent can look at related documents and past transactions with that trade partner, finds the matching information, and fills in the gaps automatically. The more you and your partner exchange documents, the smarter this gets — every transaction becomes context the agent can draw on next time.

Transformation between formats

You and your trade partners probably don’t use the same systems or file formats. An AI Agent sits in the middle: it takes whatever the sender sends, fills in any missing details from your master data, and delivers it in the exact format your system expects.

How to know when an agent was involved?

Whenever an AI Agent has worked on a document, it’s clearly marked with an AI tag in the Portal. That way you can tell at a glance which transactions went through an agent and which didn’t — useful for spot-checks, audits, or just knowing where the agent stepped in.
