Receiving Orders
Procuros creates the orders of your trading partners directly in Xentral, using the Xentral API.Prerequisites

Check your API token
Make sure your API token has the
salesOrder:create and salesOrder:release scopes. See Technical Connection.2
Decide which order status you want
Procuros creates the order in Xentral and then releases it. Decide whether incoming orders should arrive released or as a draft, and tell the Procuros team. We then set this status for your connection.You do not configure this in Xentral yourself.

Unit and Tax Class
The unit and the tax class of an order line are taken from the article master data in Xentral, not from the order message. A line therefore shows the unit of the article itself, typically “Stk”.See Article Master Data.
Disabled Articles
Disabled Articles
An order line that points at a disabled article is rejected right away with an error that names the article identifier.To resolve it, re-enable the article in Xentral or correct the article mapping.
