Procuros SFTP connection enables secure document exchange between you and your trade partners. This connection method supports EDIFACT documents and provides a reliable way to transfer business documents like orders and invoices through our network.

Connection Information

Our SFTP server connection requires specific credentials and settings for proper operation.

Access server with these details

  • SFTP Server Address (Endpoint): sftp.procuros.io
  • Port: 22 (SSH)
  • Username: Provided by Procuros
  • Password: Provided by Procuros

Note authentication options

Password authentication is preferred but public key authentication is also available.

Directory Structure

The SFTP connection uses a specific directory structure to organize document flow.
  • Inbound directory (You → Procuros): partner2procuros
  • Outbound directory (Procuros → You): procuros2partner
We allow the following file formats:
  • .edi
  • .xml
  • .desadv
  • .invoic
  • .edi
  • .txt
Custom directory structures as required by your EDI software are possible. Please inform Procuros about your specific requirements.

Using Your Own SFTP Server

If you prefer to use your own SFTP server for document exchange, we can connect to it.

Whitelist our IP addresses

Please whitelist all of the following outbound IP addresses so that Procuros can connect to your server:
  • 3.70.10.129
  • 3.76.51.85
  • 3.76.66.206
  • 52.28.170.162
  • 52.59.155.142
Please ensure all of the IP addresses above are whitelisted in your firewall or security settings.

Frequently Asked Questions

Currently, we only provide EDIFACT documents via SFTP.
Share the outbound IP addresses listed in the table above. These are the IPs Procuros connects from when reaching out to third-party SFTP servers.
For partners sending documents to Procuros, they need to whitelist our inbound IP addresses. These are tied to the AS2 proxy’s Network Load Balancer. Please contact the Procuros Solutions Team for the current inbound IP addresses.
