# How to set up Fulfillment

> Step by step guide to setting up fulfillment in Xentral

## What is fulfillment?

The fulfillment integration enables the connection of logistics service providers to your Procuros workflow.

### Warehouse Configuration for Fulfillment

    Set up a warehouse for each fulfillment provider in Xentral under "Warehouse Management".

    Assign each warehouse its own, exclusive project.

  Each project may only be assigned to a single warehouse. If the same project is assigned to multiple warehouses, Procuros cannot pick up the correct documents.

### Project IDs for Fulfillment

The project IDs are crucial for the correct assignment of shipments:

    Share these IDs with the Procuros team so they can be stored on their side for correct identification.
